This kitchen remodel was completed as part of a pre-sale refresh to help increase the home’s value before listing. I focused on clean, functional updates that would appeal to buyers without over-renovating. The work improved both the look and usability of the space, helping the home present well and feel move-in ready.
This project was completed for a homeowner who was having difficulty navigating the front porch stairs. I installed a secure, properly anchored handrail to provide added stability and confidence when entering and exiting the home. The new rail significantly improved safety while also enhancing the overall look of the front entry.
A renter accidentally damaged the garage wall after pulling in too far and hitting it with a tire. I removed the damaged drywall, completed the repair, and finished it to blend with the surrounding wall. The result was a clean, durable repair that restored the garage and prevented the damage from becoming a larger issue.
